As a small business, we do not have internal capacity to manage our own IT. StormDotCom has been our IT support partner since 2014. SDC oversees and maintains our network as well as all our user devices. They provide proactive remote monitoring, spam protection, cloud backups, and anything else that falls under IT. Whenever we need help, they are always quick and responsive, which helps us avoid downtime.
