Great store, the deals are a bit niche and rarely repetitive. Payment options are useful, as well as the different delivery options. Just not a fan of the delivery company used at the time.

I received an item I bought for my son, same day it broke. After logging a return, after few minutes an agent emailed me and apologised and said I can do to the item as I please but how would I prefer my credit. Now that is customer service and deserve a 5 star. Thx Carryn

I purchased a watch though OneDayOnly at 70% discount but it had factory defaults. The team assisted me with collection of the parcel and within 2 weeks, I had it replaced with more free accessories in my delivered box. I'm happy with the service and the new watch.

I've been a customer of Onedayonly since inception and never had an issue until recently. After buying a Yeelight desk lamp that cost me R1600 and stop working after 10 months. I got in touch with them and they said that the item is out of warranty and they can't help me. So I basically paid 2k for a desk lamp that had no warranty as I'm purchasing from a 3rd party.If you are buying from onedayonly be ware that their after market/warranty service is pathetic and be ready to be told that they won't be able to help you or even refund you for a faulty item.

One Day Deals' service is prompt, efficient and friendly. Deliveries are quick with constant communication and update where orders are at. Had to return a product that was faulty and it was sorted in speedy time. You can be for sure that online purchases with them to be trustworthy.

I placed an order for the same product twice due to a signal glitch. OneDay only quickly responded to my email and handled the cancellation of the surplus order in a friendly and efficient manner. Great service.

Normally made good experiences with them. This time I was really speechless. I bought an ups via onedayonly. As it broke it was still under warranty, therefore I dropped it with them and asked for a replacement. It took them almost 1 1/2 month to solve the problem. I had to contact them via email or Instagram several times and just received excuses all the time ( took them quite a while to answer as well. Didn't get a response via email for at least 3-4 days, so I switched to instagram. luckily they answered there quicker)I told them that I need this UPS to be able to work from home and asked for a replacement for the time being. They told me that they are in contact with the supplier. After several messages via email and Instagram they informed me after 1 1/2 month, that the product is out of stuck and they just refund my money. No proper excuse. If I would have gotten that information earlier, I would have bought myself a new UPS to be able to work from home during loadshedding.Overall I had a very bad customer experience. It's all about communication guys.
