Extremely terrible customer service, not kept up to date with the status of the order, had to call to remind them to dispatch the order. Do not recommend at all, look at other suppliers if possible.

Service: So-so (I've had worse), Prices: High-ish but okay in a pinch. Cleanliness and Organisation: Terrible. I bottle jams, preserves and sauces regularly and it is very important to have clean bottles and lids. I selected a bottle from their display, but they couldn't find their stock. They could at least find the other bottles that I needed, but the lids are so dirty that I don't know if I will be able to get them clean enough to use for my sauces.
