Best place in the Friendly City for a breakfast. Great location with stunning views of the harbour. We got free traditional Cape Malay koesister (yes not Koeksister) with our coffee because it was a Sunday morning. I had the the 68 Flood. Even though I'm not a beans lover, I absolutely enjoyed the beans that came with this

Wanted to experience a different breakfast venue and was dearly disappointed. Waiter lost drinks order had to come back after a while. Breakfast at the cost was not worth it, cold mushrooms, whole wheat not toasted, no butter, spice condiments was not suitable for use, relish went for a sugar bath. Best of the visit was receiving cook sisters which was very good.

Food was just ok but reasonably priced. The manager was really friendly and the cafe has some nice views overlooking the bay.

The view was beautiful. Koeksisters was delicious. Breakfast average my chips and mushrooms where cold. Didn't like the cappuccino.

Would definitely not recommend the breakfast. Ordered the 1979 breakfast option with 2 eggs, sausage, hashbrown and baked beans. The baked beans is not even enough for one person. This is served with only one toast for R75! An extra toast cost R9.50 per slice!!!The breakfast option was also served with an ice cold slice of raw tomato. Drinks were served more than 10 minutes before the food arrived which required reheating. Everything needed to be requested for including serviettes.Highly disappointing experience!

The best spinach I had in my life! but at the same time the other food I had was amazing. Very delicious. Loved the place, the environment and the people. They can improve on the service time but for me it was worth the wait. Please, must visit!

Overall the food was edible. The milkshake was very much not chocolate. Won't recommend. The burger was fine however the sauce was overwhelming. The chibata wasn't toasted enough making the meal soggy. Wait was long and the table was dirty. Overall it's neither good or bad.
