Staff are lovely! Communication could improve as to the progress of the repairs, but they do it well there. A bit pricey, sometimes can find iphone replacements at half their quoted prices. I was quoted 3000 for a screen and took the job elsewhere for 1400. They stock quality accessories. If you want it done properly, go there.

Timewasters and fake advertising. I saw their huge advert in the gardens centre parking today, which clearly advertises all used pro iPhones at half price. I went to the store to inquire about the special. None of the staff had any idea what I was talking about; they were completely clueless. When we finally took them to the parking lot to show them the ad, we were told that the advert doesn’t mean that all their pre-owned pro iPhones are on sale at half price. The advert actually means that their pre-owned iPhones are half the price of new iPhones. This is obviously not with the advert says it’s just classic and super irritating, fake advertising. I want nothing more to do with this business.

My experience is VERY BAD!I brought in my ipad and you told me you can fix the cracked screen (but still working) in 24 hours. After one week it was not ready to collect. Than when ready, i came to collect it and the screen was YELLOW and not WHITE as before. It was not glued properly and was literally walling from the ipad it self.The staff told be that it's normal. So i asked to remove the very bad work and give me back my ipad. The result is an even more broken screen and a not usable ipad. It wont turn on because they literally destroyed the screen and parts of the ipad and refused to fix it back.So the result is that I brought in a working ipad and I came out with a broken one. Not a great deal. I argued with the staff but none cared about the situation.

Still waiting on a call back to book in my phone to get the port replaced but they very quick to take a ‘diagnostic ‘ R250 deposit - when all they did was use a wireless charger to determine it worked and plugging it in did not !Update - after this post I received 3 calls in one day from someone to tell me it would take 3 days, then 1 day, then after calling head office and calling me back told me they would be able to do it in 1 hour ! I arrived there first thing on Monday, baby in tow to a store full of people who had no idea what I was talking about - the guys I had spoken to was off that day. Finally they called head office and yes 1 hr they said but it may take a while to get there. I offered to pay for an Uber collect to take the phone to head office but they declined.I went back 2 hours later to find my phone still there and low and behold after weeks of them telling me it had to be sent away to be fixed the part had arrived and it would take another 3 hours to get fixed (but head office could do it in one)There was zero communication and no 2 people gave me the same info and in fact the same person gave me various different info at any time. Absolute BS service!I just want my money back so I can get my port fixed some place else

Hi I purchased a new cable for my Huawei P20 lite, was 299 but received special for 199, 6-7 weeks later cable not charging at all, brought cable back in Sept 2022 and was assured second cable would be fully functional however not the case. I brought it back in Nov 2022 on 26th and was told I couldn't get a refund. I would have to pay 499 for a new cable which I did. The cash back would be deposited the following week into my account and had to provide my banking details. Got home and opened the device and lo and behold it was not what I requested. I am so frustrated with this service and company. 4th time going back to them. One could probably get more results from the Pakistani repair shop.

Brilliant service, all round. Carmel, Tasmeen and Matthew, of the Gardens branch, responded quickly and efficiently. And our iPhone was repaired in 20min! We will definitely continue to use them.
