The photo printing machine has been 'out of order' for weeks on end now, as well as the printer here always seems to be experiencing 'issues', resulting in poor quality printing (the same goes for the Table View Shopping Centre branch).Unbelievably unprofessional, & inconvenient. I'm not impressed at all - I mean, is it or is it not a PRINTING shop??Do people not take pride in managing their stores anymore? Shameful.

This place is a joke. Customer service? What's that? You've got employees literally staring off into space for minutes while a queue builds up and you want to do something that should take 5 minutes tops but it's just not going to happen. Better bring your Zen if you absolutely have to use this place.

People lines up from the counter to the outside of the shop and only one person assisting.The girl behind the counter clearly hates her job and doesn't care that the customers pay her salary. Lots of sighing and attitude.

How do you guys charge R3 extra to cut an inch from flyers that I have already paid for. This young lady I dealt with had so much attitude. It is not the first time I interacted with her. She always has bad attitude

Had to print something urgently on my way to a interview... walked in and the lady was chatting with a colleague/friend... had to wait to get acknowledged. i plug my USB in the port but it doesnt pick it up... wholst she is talkong she wiggles it and it works but because she is talking non stop and not checking the screen she cant see when it was working... when I ask her to please stop speaking and check it... she said I should bring a USB that works... I then left to POSTNET parklands and got my printing done fast... I would suggest getting a port that doesnt have a issue reading customers devices and a new person at the desk

Had a great experience. I had a two shirts done and it came out great, the quality was great and had a fast turn around. Services was great, employee's were friendly. The communication was great.
