Owner not very friendly and accommodating even if your a long term customer looking for help or advise. But Mr Klose Jr is helpful and good on advise. The technical staff no their job and are well skilled

Good friendly service . Not cheap though.

I have just returned from purchasing a Strimmer at this location, what I can honestly say is the following:* there is dedicated customer parking at the rear of the business.* I am deeply impressed, I was downsold on the item I enquired about, having now been to see the item ( and purchased ), I can clearly see why I was advised away from the more expensive unit.* The art of demonstrative sales is practiced here, its so rare to talk to someone about Lawn cutting equipment and find them to be deeply knowledgeable. I actually learned a few things, not something I have ever experienced at the corpotate and franchise outlets.* One quickly realises that at least 1/3 of the floor space is set aside for the service and repair workshop, thus not a sell and forget business.I drove almost an hour out of my way to get there, I am very glad I did.

Very good experience at Klose. My usual hardware shops did not stock battery trimmers or did not know much about what they did stock. The phone receptionist at Klose knew much more and the sales guy showed me fully how to work it. A nice touch is the pack also included safety goggles. And whilst I have only used the Stihl trimmer twice so far, it did the job perfectly.

I've been a client for years. Never been disappointed with the service or the prices. Bought a new cutting head for my Stihl FS38, they removed the old one and fitted the new one, tested it and all it cost was the spare part price. Unbelievable service nowadays! These guys are the best, I'm customer for life.

Friendly, quick and efficient and price competitive. Very handy to know these guys are in Cape Town coming from the deep south.

what a pleasure they serviced and repaired my mower in les thana week .and we're friendly and courteous on top .good prices on all quality mowers and everything you will need to tame your garden.

These guys really know what they are talking about. Very helpful on the phone and in the shop they listened to what I needed and gave me the exact thing. Didn't try to sell me stuff I don't need. I could see they were experts that gave spot on advice. I walked out of there a happy customer.By the way, they were open on a Saturday, even though Google said they're not. Also, they have parking around the back. Very convenient on a busy Saturday morning.

Great service and advice. Well priced lawnmower service fees.Month later.... Took my mower in for a cylinder rotation issue. They sorted it out in no time and they did not charge.
