Poor service. Incomplete delivery. Had to collect outstanding parts myself. Why pay delivery cost? If they can't deliver everything.

Well done Builders Knysna for changing the layout of your store. It’s taken a long time to get it right and after about 6 weeks you just about there.Now let’s focus on your public toilets - absolutely totally disgusting to put it mildly. Toilet seat paint coming off and broken, taps broken, no working hand dryer or paper towels. It’s a hardware shop that sells everything for a bathroom and toilet, surely you could just take some of your stock and show your customers that you actually care. And while you at it add some paint if you can find some.I will definitely be checking for an improvement on my next visit and will add some photos !!

Farene & Malcom deserve the positions they hold at the store if not more. Wow what an honor to deal with these two humans. Extremely helpful, Extremely diligent and so easy. I deal with suppliers daily and it's never easy but they changed my whole perspective of builders, as they are amazing being in jhb trying to purchase stuff for an event in kynsa is easier they snapping your fingers. Farene explained the whole process to me and i followed it step for step and it was sorted in no time.

Ship has just been remodelled. As regulars we can now find nothing. Staff stand in groups and seem reluctant to help. “Contractors counter” very busy with only one staff member. Store disorganised but at least the gent who helped me showed a sense of urgency and got the job done quickly and politely.

I don't have to write a lot the photo will say it all and when you talk to management all they say is the customers moves the prices around but the problem is the prices has been on the shelf and the same price for monthsGot hold of HQ but they will look into it but don't come back

If I could give zero stars I would. The service is absolutely shocking. Bought a Ryobi 3200i inverter generator through their online platform. I was then informed the stock was defective and new stock has been ordered. I then proceeded to phone through every week for 8 weeks following up on my order, whereby each week I was informed that the order has now been placed, only to find out right at the end that the order was never ever placed at all. A refund was automatically issued back into my account. Just terrible service. Avoid at all costs.
