Ordered via Woolworths Dash. Ordered at 9am just for the packers at the Town Square shop not to pack three of my items. Notified the customer care centre and 3 hours later only two of my three missing items arrived. By 3pm I've not received any communication on whether the third item will be delivered or not. All of the items are already paid for... How hard is it to pack a bag based on a list sent to you via the Woolworths dash app? Appalling service from Woolworths.

We support Woolies town square , everything good clean fresh, but today I bought a half watermelon that tasted frozen before and then thawed and put on the shelf, powder and no taste, cost me R 59,90 for the second time I have to throw a woolies watermelon in the dustbin, therefore I give you a 1 star,

I went to Woolworths.Always a pleasure to visit here.Friendly helpful staff.The Barber shop.. Excellent service.Young men... So talented.Clicks, small, but I always find what I am looking for.The staff are honest and efficient.This is a nice little gem mall

Appalling...all fruit veg I bought from this WW was of substandard and old. Even though dates are fine. Really these guys seem to have broken the cold chain or something. Rather go elsewhere and avoid!!

Not at all happy with Woolworths! Bought three pies and they only packed two. So stole one pie! This has happened before and I'm sick and tired of it. I spend thousands at this Woolworths but enough now!
