Absolutely pathetic service. Telkom Gansbaai might as well close thier doors. The 2 gentleman working there has got absolutely no idea how to do their jobs,that includes the so called" manager. I went into the store on the 27th of Feb to do an upgrade. The system approved the new contract but there was a problem with the debi check. The escalated the matter and said that they would phone me back. 3 weeks went past and no phone call. During this 3 week period I went into the store a couple of times when I was in the vicinity to check.On a Sunday I was in Cape Town and went to the Telkom store in Somerset Mall. They did the upgrade with no problems and said if they had the phones in stock I would have walked out with the phones. They sent an email to Telkom in Gansbaai. I phoned the Monday morning and Telkom Gansbaai told me that they havnt had a laptop to check their emails yet
