The dreadful attitude of the staff member behind the till creates the impression that she really does not want to work there. Extremely slow and sleepy making it an absolute nightmare to try and send a parcel. Also said they are out of stock of the 3 to 5 day option, while this was not the case. Only 1 person behind till to assist everyone also bad planning on management's side. This was on Monday the 5th of June. Never returning to this store again.

I enjoy going to this pep store. The staff are friendly and ready to assist. Such a great vibe in that store. Please always stock up on sour worms and the bigger bottle of our Tissue oil please.

Bad customer service!! I asked a lady working at the store for a memory card cause I did not see one in display. She expected me to knoe what type of memory card and made fun of my choice rolling her eyes. She wasn't even wearing a name tag. This experience was just horrible and disgusting!! I really do not wish to come to Greenstone Pep.

It is a very small Pep. One cannot move there if someone is in one of the aisles. They also don't plan their aisles very good as one would have so much space then the one next to it barely one person can walk through.The shop is also very untidy and not cared for

Staff not very friendly, been here multiple times to pick up parcels and get treated very bad when standing in assigned queue for parcels. Rather go to a different Pep even if it's further away

I would like to commend Doreen from Pep Greenstone Mall in Edenvale. She helped me return an item that was unsuitable for me. Unfortunately when I took it out of the bag to return, it had a dirt mark on it. She returned it for me none the less and I am her so grateful for helping me and her excellent service. She made that I would make use of Pep Greenstone anytime.Thank you.

Worst service ever! To top it all off, the manager has a stinky attitude, couldn't care less about the customer and is very disrespectful. Talk about stealing customers' money!!

Very Very dissapointed at the supervisor and the unprofessional behaviour she demonstrated at the request of a void.Shouting at the cashier was unecessary, I felt embarrased on her behalf.
