So we bought an old house a few weeks ago, however we were not happy with the state of the house. We contracted these guys to do major renovation and remodeling, they did waterproofing, exterior, painting, interior kitchen and bathroom redesign, replaced wooden floor with tiles, The house was in a mess but after everything on the last day the brought their cleaning department who made the house sparkle. We are living in our dream house and we highly recommend SY CONSTRUCTION for major renovations

Very empressed, we were assisted from plans drawing, municipal submission and house construction, also they provided us with prices and list of materials needed, they just told us to worry about getting money available and they got everything in place, bad weather effected the project duration but it was inevitable, Thanks to the project manager and we highly recommend S.Y Construction.
