Over the past 6 years I have paid for: frequently dropped connection, connections that are slower than advertised when they do work, correcting Sonic's faulty installation, support misinformation, additional fees, almost daily frustration, and lots of excuses from Sonic. If you need reliable internet, go with someone else.

The worst,connection is so unstable they not reliable and when you report a fault no one gets back to you this will be my last month with them thank goodness

Absolutely pathetic. I have been trying to get hold of internet support from 8am, no answer. Voice system gets directed to sales line but keeps stating no answer. No internet connection in Sandbaai tower.
