First, their generator makes a helluva noise. How the estate opposite the road, nor the centre have complained and done anything about it is beyond me #noisepollutionNext, no doors get opened to allow for some ventilation during loadshedding, so the entire gym is like a sauna.Last, at least 5-7 machines are always out of order, with no staff ever to be found on the floors to notify them.

The gym is pretty small for the number of people there at peak time. The equipment is pretty outdated compared to planet fitness. Friendly staff, has necessary utilities, and is close by for those in the area.

Very bad. Equipment never work and takes forever to be fixed. Weights are used as door stoppers and staff are very rude when you raise these issues with them to a point where they actually walk away from you whilst you talking. Manager does nothing about these issues as well after escalating many times with him. I’m paying for what exactly?

A whole section of the mall is dedicated just to the Virgin Active gym there. This one is one of the newer ones as it has the updated color palette and better equipment. I liked this one a lot

Wanting to just use the steam room and sauna but was met with extreme attitude and no welcoming behaviour. My friend has had the same problem with the same staff

I’ve been wanting to visit this branch for a while and I’m glad I finally did. I have heard that it gets pretty busy, but the equipment was in great condition. The staff are friendly and there is ample social distancing in place. As with most Virgin Actives, it’s a great gym to train at.

The lady. Katz at the reception is the worst to be in the front desk. Treats people with so much sizing and disrepect. It was my first time at the gym and I do not wish to ever come there again. She is the most rude to be any front desk.

Used to love the place. Actually motivated me to get back into properly working out. But it's since been mannaged into the ground. The staff might be friendly upon first time meeting them but soon you find out they're just there for the paycheck, mannagers too- as they really don't care about responding to complaints or suggestions. Really not a secure/safe lockerroom either, where your personal belongings get stolen from inside a padlocked locker, with the staff ignoring emails regarding it for more than a week only to eventually just wash their hands of it.Machines/equipment constantly breaking down and being out of use for weeks if not months. Suana has turned into a bad experience with constant breakdowns and nails/splinters poking out. Can't use your digital VA card for access like all the other gyms.Oh, and won't recommend joining it as a first time member if you're a bit insecure, as the personal trainers are like paparazzi around the place. You'll always be in the back of a shot.
