Would give a 1 star if I could. Worse repairs. They break something when they repair it for you so you have to keep coming back, or sell you a new one.

Always recieve excellent service. They are always willing to help you sort out your sewing machine.

They did an Amazing job replacing a few parts and the motor on my 52 year old machine. Everything looks great and works better than before, all at a very reasonable price and very quickly. Thank you!!

They repaired my embroidery machine with in an hour as I was busy with a project.

I would have given them a good review as i dont have an issue with the above average work, but I am extremely disappointed with how they deal with lost property in their possession and how they make you as the CUSTOMER feel like a liar and completely dismissing your complaint and unwillingness to resolve it. In addition they have very poor communication, and lack the ability to understand special instructions. Make sure you leave with a signed inventory form on all items handed over and a clear instruction on the timeline you are working under.
