Tailoring is reasonably good, but their service delivery is so bad you should expect the level of a home affairs office or your worst experience with Telkom, MTN or Cell C.Rather give them a skip

What a horrible experience! 2 months of waiting for a suit That NEVER came (still not completed and requires additional material due to initial bad work done). Overall, Bad communication, defaults on appointments, not reliable or trustworthy and a touch of arrogance to go with it.Never again, I highly recommend Tip top tailors in Mall of Africa! Extremely professional, takes notes from them Alfa!

Alfa assured me, repeatedly, that he could copy an item of clothing. It was a disaster from the start. Apparently he was unable to do the required job, yet each time he promised me he could. There were appointments were he had not done anything since the previous week, always with some excuse, and followed by elaborate promises. The job went form bad to worse. Appalling workmanship, horrendous attitude, disastrous service. After a month of promises, I have nothing to show for it - incomplete, unwearable item. Will not return!

If you are looking for an efficient, component, and reasonably priced tailor, look no further! I used them to alter a wedding outfit, and they did a brilliant job, with the added bonus of being very efficient. So would definitely recommend them.

Horrible experienceI took my dress in for alterations and the guy said he can definitely fix my dress and so I trusted him because I needed the dress urgently. I then asked what time the dress would be ready and I was told at 16:00 so I call at 15:55 to check and the guy says no they aren’t ready.So eventually I get the dress and it’s a mess, worse than how I left it. There are pins in the dress some parts that are half done. It was a messBest advice is to not take anything there. You will want to just go mad, and they charge so much money for absolute nonsense.
