Had a great experience at Bathroom Bizarrre,Allens Nek Roodepoort, I purchased a shower head a few months ago, it burst I called the store told them about the problem and also explained I lost my till slip and do not have the original packaging the sales person took my mobile number checked on the system and asked me bring in the shower head. He replaced it with a new shower head immediately. This is great customer service Bathroom BizZarre exceeded my expectation you now have a return customer Thank you

Very disappointed in the service we got, nonody seemed to care that we are in the store.When we tried enquiring about something we were looking for it seemed we were bothering them. Ended leaving with no assistance at all.Keep profiling customers by appearances you gonna lose money the way you lost mine.
