Tshwane Prepaid Electricity online

Terrible, terrible. I called to ask about the tarrif and I was shouted at and told I should check the City of tshwane website. Not the right person to talk to clients. Very, very rude. Please remove the contact no from the website. He needs training on how to answer a call.

Spoken to this rude useless nobody. Moreover, they're not The City of Tshwane government. D*ck head!

Terrible service. Upon answering my call the man went off on a tangent. He is rude and uncivil. Before I could explain the reason for my call he began cross examining me. Then had the audacity of telling me to calm down and hung up. I have still not had the opportunity to explain what my problem was. Go figure!

No need to wait in line for service its instantaneous.

Paid online on the 25th of March 2022. No token received. 8 emails send with POP with still no token. Then number they list whatapp pop send. No response.Been 5 days with no response. I am not sure they are still in business so rather first make sure.

Hi how long does it take to get a voucher. Thought it is a 24 hr service. Misleading thinking I am purchasing directly from Tshwane Municipality.

These guys are lifesavers!! They offer and efficient and effective service. And they actually respond to their phone.I have small children and having no electricity is a nightmare for me!I don’t know why however for some reason I was unable to buy pre paid electricity from any of the banks I tried ABSa, FNB, Capitec. I even tried the UNI pin sold at engen garage, nothing was working. I had loaded the uni pin yesterday, I am now even waiting for their sms with the voucher.I then looked up Tshwane prepaid and registered on their website. I bought prepaid electricity using their website. Within 5 minutes I had received the pre-paid vouchers via e mail and able to load the pre paid electricity.Thank you so much for the efficient service.
