These guys are absolutely useless. I spoke to 4 or 5 different people. They all could not ensure my parcel is delivered, it was promised that my parcel will be delivered for 3 days and i have still not received it. The names of the incompetent staff are as follows. Buyisani, Deon, and the MANAGER Steve. Will never make use of this useless team again. (Have still not received my package by the way).

This is the worst courier experience I have ever had. The driver calls and says that he is just 5 minutes away but can't deliver my parcel because he will be late for the next location he is going to. How absurd is that? Courierit needs to train their drivers on customer service otherwise this will affect their main clients which are the companies we buy these products from. From now on as soon as I know that the company I am about to buy a product from uses Courierit for their deliveries, Iimmediately terminate the transaction.

Driver was very rude. We had to follow him all over town to get our parcels. Waiting at Petrol Stations in vain. He directed us that he was on his way, it will take 20 min. But no show. Pathetic

Has anyone ever been able to contact them? I was supposed to have a package delivered, was home the whole day and my package never came. When I tried to track it it says “contact not available”. Their phones don’t even work.

Going onto the tracking of my order, 2 days in a row, the guy arrives at delivery address and comments “closed on arrival” which it was not to begin with, seeing that we close at 17:00, this was before 17:00, no one calls to say they are at the adres to deliver, and if you arrive at a business 16:40 and it’s closed on arrival, why would you arrive later (17:00) the next day. This package is in the driver’s car from 7:00 AM, why do you only arrive at the delivery address after 16:00?? Ref 1IN850470
