Each to their own, but thank you Gloria for the help you gave us yesterday(13/06/2022). You where friendly, insigthful and gave us advice where needed and it helped us a great deal. You are truly a blessing to that shop as I have not received a single bit of service in my previous visits there. While there, I could also see the other staff not helping you when you asked them questions regarding prices and you had to run and get the answers for us. Thank you, you deserve a raise!!

One star as they are on the map and have open doors.But zero client service or willingness to help, I will definitely not advise anyone to use their facility. Rudeness and ignorance regarding 'basic' service delivery is what you will find.Unfortunately displays don't have the correct pricing and product information so you are forces to then walk the entire store in search of an eager beaver to assist. Highly frustrating!!!And covid protocol is a paper exercise.

We visited this shop and spent a significant amount of time in the shop without a single person offering assistance to us. Upon bringing this to the attention of the manager, I realised just why this is the case. I cannot remember coming across a more don't care manager, no wonder the assistants are likewise. Today I phoned to follow up on my order and the call got cut off without anyone returning the call.

Worst service delivery we had from this store we aplied for an account on the 18 of December 5 days we called and still no feedback from them they told us that they could not confirm employment but no one called the HR manager confirmed with her and no one called her and no one from the store called us and advised us that they could not get hold of HR member we canceled the application as this store would never see us again please note we received a SMS stating application was approved but no luck this store doesn't deserve a 1 STAR RATING (applicant Pieter Robberts )

This is the worst experience I've ever had i bought a air cooler on the 15th January 2023 and took it back on the 28th January it wasn't working properly and they refused a refund they said they wil fix it an update me still nothingbif you call they dont lnow were how or anything if i explain they said ohyes ill get update and call you back and they dont if i do get them on the line its sorry phones are broken and till today 16 February 2023 no update no cooler and they still have my R2699 that i paid and nothing is happening all customers must be aware of this
