Pick n Pay

It's a bigger store by comparison. It always has stock, but i seem to go there when it's too full so for that reason it's worth visiting only when i absolutely have to.

Pick n Pay is my favorite super market, it's much cheaper than other supermarkets, regardless of how long is the queue, they will manage it, fresh baked bread, tasty hot cross buns etc. always friendly staff, welcoming environment

Pick n pay is a highly professional and ethical facility. They have a highly proactive security on hand and make sure that everything is all under control and every rule is being followed by the customers. The food is great quality and last a very long time. The only issue I find is most of the items tend to get out of stock very quickly and are not filled up again on time which is a highly painful issue to deal with when you want to item deeply. Overall the service is great quality and the facility is hygienic.

This is by far the worst shop I have been to, ever!! The check out queue is always slow!! And this is not the first time I have been to this branch! And today just floored me! Was in the express till line. I saw not 1 but 2 people with more than 10 items to checkout!! The 1 person had a trolley full of groceries!!! I ended up joining the main que and got helped quicker!!

Really not a nice store to visit. Sometimes you won't find a trolley nor a basket or you find the trolleys locked. The quick meals are almost always low. You will stand long in the queue. Only a few overworked tellers on duty and they are not the friendliest I have seen. The one working by the cigarette counter is worse. She don't mind looking on while queues are long as long as she can stand and do nothing. The price on the shelves or specials never corresponds with the price you pay at the till. I would suggest management go to Farrarmere PnP to go and get some ideas of how a proper functioning PnP family store operates. Your pre cooked meals really lacks on almost all levels. You guys really have to bring in some major changes to try and compete with other branches.

The queues were a bit long, not sure if there was a shortage of cashiers or they were just slow. I would expect more staff on weekends and during peak times because this is when most people do their shopping. Otherwise, I did get everything I wanted despite the very long wait.

Fairly quick service at the tills.The best spot for cashback transactions.

Kaak service with their supervisor, I don't know his name because they don't even put name tags... We waited for almost an hour in the queue, than when you get to the till they tell u thy offline they can't take cards, really?? This is how Pick n pay sorks??
