Awesome little gym. Most of the equipment is good, but there are a few older specimens. The heated pool and studio are great. Spinning bikes are top notch and the circuit training is also awesome.

Excellent gym and very good polite staff. The good part is that it is within the CSIR and as security is good your vehicle is save. You can also go for a swim 25/7 knowing that you are in a very secure area thus safe at all times to gym. Clean bathrooms and enough showers makes it convenient at all times. The pool is heated so swimming even in winter works well. No better gym in Pretoria for the price!

A great fully stocked gym run by very friendly and capable staff. Membership prices are very reasonable and the gym isn't overcrowded. There is secure and easy access 24/7. Staff are passionate about educating and there are often informative health displays up. There are a number of classes on offer too, including water aerobics and spinning. This is a down to earth gym where it doesn't matter if you don't have a perfectly colour co-ordinated gym outfit, no one is judging and you can just get a great workout!

My gym, the staff are all friendly and supportive the equipment is great, no crowds and the vibe is awesome. Wouldn't miss my aqua classes for anything. Costs are very reasonable and I can earn Discovery points.

Love this gym but mostly use the pool facilities. Excellent staff, cleanliness, attention to detail, friendly service and security. Prices very competitive and lovely people to mix with.
