Well the first time I went there they used my entire FULL bottle of stay soft, because I take my staysoft with for them to use on my clothes, 2nd time the same thing happened. They do not greet, they won't give answers and I'm happy that I see I'm not the only one complaining!!!!!!

Wanted to support local businesses in the area. But with the service experienced will definitely not return. The following issues was experienced:1. Towels in wrapped plastic was broken, what's the point of taking items to a laundromat to get cleaned if it's going to get dirty?2. Even after requesting formal shirts should be put on hangars they where ironed and folded.3. Not enough plastic protection was given to certain items so they are exposed to dirty.4. Employees gave incorrect number of manager /owner.

Scariest thing that happened...My roommate booked the clothing in.Rather a big chunk of laundry.& We got a 7 year old rugby Jersey + Bear Underwear.My roommate & I are in our 20ties.Definitely not 7.
