I ordered pizza for delivery over the phone (Springs mall), spoke to a gentleman named Lucky. He gave me great customer service, he spoke clearly, he gave me options and he paid close attention to what I was saying. This was definitely the feta on my pizza. Pizza was amazing...

This was the first time I've been to pizza hut and the customer service was Good. Very friendly people. A downside to the place is they don't really have a lot of options on the menu but they do allow for thick or thin base pizza options and the general seating area is not very inviting so I didn't eat there . The pizza was great. Reasonable pricing. The staff was friendly and I would go there for a pizza again

I absolutely love and prefer using this specific branch of Pizza Hut. Their pizzas are of good quality, decent amount of toppings and always delicious! The service experience is fast and efficient, and waiting times are reasonable. Only criticism I have (which I've experienced at other pizza restaurants as well) is that they sometimes mix up the type of base we order, for example if one is ordered with a thick base and the other thin base, they usually come both in thick or thin. Other than that, great place to go!
