Chris is always hands on and helpful. In all occasions where I experienced some technical glitches, he was there to guide and advise. First it was the geyser thermostat that went bust and he correctly suggested that I get a plumber to check the geyser as there was nothing wrong with the timer. In the second instance, the timer was no longer connecting to the WiFi so we had no hot water anymore. He guided me as to how to reconnect it; so happy that hot water is back.
