I received the worst and horrendous service at Just4u designs, Richards Bay, 75 dollar drive this week. What surprised me the most was when the owner of the company said she has a huge job to deal with which simply meant that my order was small and none of her worries.The owner and I exchanged so many words, she couldn't care less about customer service.This is not an experience I'll easily forget! Horrific!The owner has responded to this and again has missed the point as of Tuesday. How could she have not done all that I failed to mention here after all that she said to me! Failed to acknowledge the mess from on set! You didn't calm me down, I just wanted to get out of there. What you have said is totally unnecessary, yes I was going to transport it myself! With my dads help.Wishing you the best in your business as well.
