I just visited Skinphd Lynnwood for the first time, I am so so so happy with my hair. Jana was amazing and made sure to listen to what I was looking for she gave me such lovely advice on how to keep my hair healthy. I will most certainly be going back❤️

Did not have a great first experience. Went to cut my hair from super long to short. I told the stylist I want to cut my hair and there after he just went on a cutting craze, didn't ask what style I want - no my hair looks like it has different layers of cuts in. Please rather ask the client how they want their hair cut as opposed to just cutting.

I want to give a massive shout out to Lebogang who did my treatments today. She is super professional and did a great job. BUT she is also just one of the kindest people I’ve ever met.At one point I felt dizzy with very low bloodsugar (35 weeks pregnant) - she rushed to organise me some water etc.Thanks Lebogang for doing way more than what is expected of you! You are a gem!Thanks to the rest of the team too, I always come back.
