Not very helpful. Assistant didn't bother to greet us when we entered, and the other assistant was sitting reading....while we were trying to look for tinned dog food & bird food, up and down the isles!Then we had to wait for her to complete her personal call....before we could ask her questions, (while the other assistant still carried on reading).I addressed her in English....and she answered me in Afrikaans...eventually my husband starting speaking Afrikaans to just get the visit over with.Personally, I won't return because there are other businesses that would really appreciate the business and would have taken the time to ask if they could assist us....this was clearly a case of sloppy, laziness....it should have a sign outside reading Help Yourself Store" no Assistance!!!"

Friendly staff and product range is comprehensive and of best quality. Have always found what I wanted and even discovered something new that would either help in training or be more suitable as a meal.

Small little shop but with everything you need for your pet and more. Staff are very friendly and both you and your pet is in for a treat if you visit them

Excellent service and good selection of products. The shop is outside the main Stellenbosch Square mall, on the north-eastern corner of the mall. I highly recommend them!

Very nice staff. The shop is quite small, but from chews over collars, food, they have everything you need. They ever offer a engraving service for dog tags!

Excellent customer service and the staff is all very friendly, I deliver dod food etc for MCP Wholesalers at this shop.Keep it up guys

I agree with Michelle, the assistant's attitude is unpleasant. They're understocked (apparently the supplier is out of stock, but other shops had what I was looking for) and they're a lot more expensive than other shops. Will definitely not be going back there.
