At first I didn’t feel too confident in how a claim process will be handled by This service provider, however I’ve just registered my first claim and it’s been nothing but a FANTASTIC! & SEAMLESS process. Turn around times have been better than expected and this is my first time where an extended warranty did not require for me to take the time out and obtain quotes, everything is all done by the service provider which makes it perfect for busy professionals like myself that doesn’t always have the time to run around on personal errands. Secondly what really MADE MY DAY is how the service provider took on the initiative on sourcing me with an alternative option whereby I didn’t have to incur additional or dissatisfaction due to something not being as simple as it seemed. Quite frankly we all know that most service providers just turn you down if something isn’t covered but I assure you that these guys really put themselves out and try and make you happy ! Where possible within their means and rights. THANK YOU GUYS !!!
