I went there for carvity filling, they claimed for 10 things that I do not know now I am left with no money for dentist on my gems account

I had a tooth extraction at their Sam Ntuli Mall surgery and a root was left intact and was told to come back to see the specialist to have the problem resolved but l was made to wait for 2 hours only to be told that the specialist was off and that they have arranged with another Dr who will confirm after 20 minutes but after an hour no feedback and had to walk away still in pain to another Dentist

They have the best dentists but it's a hassle getting them to confirm cover and get back to you. I've been waiting since the 4.1.2020 even though I have been calling in regularly to follow up
