Very bad, nurses there no sympathy no heart, when my parents went tonight for visiting family friends were busy cleaning my grandfather as he made himself dirty. The nurses have attitude when you go an tell them to come and change his diaper and when they do come they work rough with him and almost like rips the diaper off of him leaving the bed full of crums from the diaper they ripped off. Truly and deeply disappointed. I need a telephone number and email address to whom I can report this as i am not going to leave this here.

The lady in front was rude and couldn't even inform me that I should go with her. She left me by the counter and I had to figure out that I had to follow her. The doctor gave me the best service ever. They should revisit the Batho Pele principles

the worst hospital that I have ever encountered. Staff and doctors alike don't care, no one takes interest in anyone who is in need of assistance. the word cleanliness does not exist. I actually do not have words to describe this, whatever this is because it is surly not worthy to be called a hospital!

I was a first time visitor" this side. Came to see the doctor at OTP - not sure what that stands for. The staff/nurses spoke in a very disrespectful tone and without clear instructions. We waited approximately 5 hours to be helped. I can only hope that the service improves."
