Cindy is one of the best if you want to see poor and rude service take your bike to wieradpark bigboy as he knows how to overcharge customers and service is bad. Cindy is the best and cheap and she goes out of her way to give good service

Bad service my husband new bike went for his first service when he got home he noticed a Crack on his bike and they very rude

I took my Scooter for a “major” service and drive belt replacement, just for the drive belt to snap not even a month after the “Service” I took my bike to be inspected what we found was shocking, old spark plug, old filters, NO Oil change, no gearbox oil, they even put the OLD Belt in my seat boot but it’s not even a near close fit to what the bike use?????????? Basically I paid these criminals R 1200.00 for my scooter to stand at their shop for a day oh and change a light bulb. I’m currently busy with legal action against them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Dont just take my word for it use google and see ALL COMPLAINTS SIMILAR to this one

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE CENTRE EVER!! DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR OR SCOOTER THERE. They can't even do a decent service and when you collect you scooter, the brakes isn't working where it used to work before we booked it in. The battery wasn't checked and for the price we paid we deserved better service but received the worst service EVER! When my daughter drove with the bike to replace the battery, she realised that the brakes weren't working and fell in the middle of Jacaranda road. And everyone knows how busy that road is. She got seriously hurt and when se phoned Cindy back, she refused to take any responsibility and said she's not taking any accountability whatsoever. The bike was badly damaged and the original problem that we took in for is still a problem.I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AND WISH THEY CLOSE DOWN BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY DESERVE FOR PUTTING MY DAUGHTER'S LIFE IN JEOPARDY!!!!

POOR SERVICE!!!! from Cindy, disgusted!!! very fast to take your money but when something is not working properly she is full of excuses. they don`t even deserve half a star i wont recommend them.

What wonderful asset to the company a lady by the name Cindy whom you will meet as you enter however I always brought my bike to them for repairs and yet 13 December 2018 I came early and waited outside whilst my bike was being attend to and with sad regret and dissapointment the owner came to me and in a very harsh and sarcasric way told me not to sit on his bakkie . As a business owner he had no manners or tact dealing with customers dispite the fact that I was wrong leaning against his bakkie he could of advised me to sit inside or offer a chair but being the modus operandi of this establishment I have to say the biking world is small and rhus I will have to share with others . BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Will never take my scooter anywhere else than to Centurion Scooter and Service Centre. Most friendly people working there. Thank you VERY MUCH for my AWESOME experience!!!!
