Absolutely pathetic service!!! Called this morning for a quotation on a gearbox and all my details and vehicle details were taken and was advised that a sales person will call me back.... Nobody bothered to call me back so i decided to call back at around 13H15 and was then told that now all sales staff are on lunch and I should wait for them to conclude before I can get a call back with a quote. Really terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company!!!!

Always busy and seem to give preference to their existing clients or friends. There must be 100 or more people that behave like the boss and no one really gets the work done. Not the best experience

Very knowledgeable guys working here and the advice is free .Kershy is one of the technicians that deal mainly with automatic transmissions.He is always willing to help and service good at the workshop

Unfortunately after 12 times going back my car is still not sorted and they don't know the problem even after paying 16 thousand will have to go to another repair shop to pay for the repair to be carried out again as gearbox center has let me down

Took my greabox in for repairs, 2.8k later and still the same issue. They don't care about service delivery, just figures only.

What good service I have experienced from Gearbox Centre. Kept upto date on progress and kept to promised on delivery. Highly recommended. They overhauled a automatic gearbox for me. Very Happy.
