Their computers are so slow to extend that even cashiers get annoyed. Long queues result due to the systems. The area is clean and organised at least that gets it some points. However their stock is always great.

Hi my experience is they must building a big U save because that one.1,there is no lots of things.2,money market is poor.3,they must pack things in the shop nice.4,No toilet for customers. 5,they must put fence around u save shop.6,WE need ATM outside. 7,strong security. Tks.

The security guard lady was very rude. I was there to use money market services. They do favours for other people while we are on que waiting to be called. They also take their time to attend senior citizens. I tried talking to the security lady to please explain to the people how they run things so that people know what is going on.

There has been a great improvement in the service offered by this grocer in my rural ancestral home. There used to always be long queues to the payment till but this has been rectified. They are now also offering fresh fruit and vegetables on a regular basis. The only concern is the Money Market, where the queue is always at least 45 minutes long at any given time. This is understandable because there are no ATMs in the neighbourhood, but Shoprite should think of an innovative solution because this service is their flagship and they need to find a way to minimize the time their customers spend in the queue waiting to be served.

Love the fact that it's the nearest convenient shop however as you may have it there are no air cons so....dont expect checkers standard products. It was also strange to find that there were no carrots in stock but otherwise this is a store that only carries the most popular and/or cheapest brands...mostly Ubrand which is the usage house brand.
