I don't know who but the male staff of this store tends to be very creepy and won't leave people alone when asked to. Extreme unasked for flirting from male staff. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Never coming back here!

Absolutely terrible service, as a customer i have never experienced such rude and disrespectful people in my life. Sad to see a business go down because of people like this. Causing un needed stress to a person for no reason I just asked you to cancel my request not to give me lip nor send me a snotty whatsapp message after.

Mediocre service. Staff standing right outside the entrace door smoking cigarettes (still forming part of the Gezina complex) is a real wee-off. NO! This is now a year later and they still do it. My Vodacom business goes elsewhere.

Mediocre service. Upgraded 2 phones, 1 phone included an accessory voucher, which I used to buy a case for the phone only to find a case in the box when I got home - nobody told me I do not need to buy a case. The other phone needed an extra adapter to charge the phone, nobody informed me. Had to go back to buy one - could have bought it with the voucher. Should have trusted the impression you get from the shop when you pass and there is constantly some employee smoking outside. If the owner do not mind what it looks like, the employees wont bother either

When in to ask for a screen protector, that guy didn't even look at me. He was busy on his laptop. And installed a thin plastic on my screen for R250.
