Arrived to chaos. Owner (presumably), after having to initiate the conversation myself, was derisive and dismissive of my interest in purchasing an inverter/ups system. After maybe two minutes of discussion, his friend arrived who he promptly began assisting, leaving me to stand around and wonder when I'd be helped.Clearly my R10k+ is not wanted nor needed by this establishment. I will gladly pay more to a business that actually appreciates their customers and is interested in providing service levels befitting these harsh economic times.Thank you Create Energy - I now know where not to go.

The guy that I spoke to over the phone was incredibly arrogant and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions about their product.The inverter is reasonably priced, but then when you get the quote, you find out that you have to pay ANOTHER R60 000 just for more components (that they don't provide), delivery and installation.I have been searching for weeks and found that this company doesn't even provide the best product as they claimed, and it is literally double the price than other inverters that are better and INCLUDE everything.There is just way too much admin just to get an inverter installed. Other companies have everything you need in one quote, you don't have to go looking for people to install it and go buy other components it needs to work.I also would have been a lot more forgiving if the man that I spoke to was pleasant towards me, and showed actual interest.

I had such amazing service from JJ at Create Energy. He was efficient, he explained everything to me so well. He answered all my questions very patiently. I went home and did exactly as he instructed. Everything worked seemlessly and I don't even realize when loadshedding kicks in. Wow I will definitely do my upgrade with them.
