Negative 3 Stars. Poor business ethics. Immensely poor. I called more than 6 times. Phone gets picked up and put down. 7th try I get answered and put on a long hold. Guess they hate doing business.

Overall place appeared to be clean and tidy, workers shuffling around from car to car with nice mechanics suits on. Office area was laid out nicely with 3 desks to help customers. Desk operators seem intelligent and helpful, Brian especially knows a lot about tires and how they could potentially effect your vehicle and driving style. Prices also seems reasonable for the services, parts, and quality of work that they do. I went in for a full 4 tire change with balance and alignment for a Honda CR-V. Once the tires arrived at their location they were diligent with getting my car into an open bay and working quickly but sharply. Once the service was complete the operator took the car for a short drive to test out the alignment, fitment, and if there were any problems with the installation of the new tires. Everything was perfect and he delivered the car back to us at the shop. We've driven the car about 40km since and it is amazing what a new set of high quality tires and a perfectly straight alignment can do for an older car. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in the area who is looking for fair service and good personal help.
