This is not like any other P.C shop or repair shop. When I asked them the repair on my Laptop I received a response and I tried 3 other places but till now nothing. P.C galaxy is by far the best place to visit and they even keep me informed in my home language Afrikaans there prices will beat any other P.C shop.
