The branch doesn't open on time and there is often a longer than usual waiting period compared to other KFC branches. The food is good though.

Standing in the queue, waiting to order, when another customer walked in to exchange his rotten KFC or get his money back... WOW... well I immediately lost my appetite.

What KFC runs out of chicken it's depressing that me as valued customer had to stand in line for fast food place ran out of there main product... Its bad and a complete disappointment..... #IwasSOhungry

Not the first time i had to stand with my kids and ask for milkshake and they dont have milkshake cups!! I ask can you please make it in a normal cooldrink cup and they say its against KFC policy. Please do something about it!!!

Wow I will never go to KFC Villiersdorp ever again. I order almost R300 worth of food don't have time to look through everything I've ordered in the shop so I go home which is 3 km away on a farm just outside villiersdorp. To get home and open my tower burger which is supposed to be the biggest burger on the menu to find that its on a snack burger roll hash brown is burnt. I paid R50 for a snack burger with a burnt hash brown. Also to add chips are always cold old and refried. I've heard so many people complain and thought I would always just try and see if maybe you guys have improved, but I guess not. I phoned customer care which was just as useless. Never will I support this store again.
