I have been a loyal customer at Newkwa Pharmacy for a few years and I would like to compliment them on their outstanding service, in particular a gentleman by the name of Yash. Thank you Yash for all the patience with the elderly and for all your clarity in explaining the vaccination process as i was hesitant before going for it , but with your guidance it was a simple and easy process.Thank you Yash for your excellent service.

Bad service from the clerks, I had to wait for about an hour just to get my blood test results and it was not busy at that time and they didn't even tell me what why they took so long to give me my results. I felt like I was in Government clinic.

Really disappointed in the service by the admin clerks at this centre.... Ive been a patient at this centre for some 10 years and the service i am receiving of late is poor and unacceptable must a person end up in hospital first to get what is required, if they dont like their jobs maybe they need a career change.

I'm a pharmacist and I appreciate professionalism and care for your patients or colleagues. They did not disappoint

Great service from the doctor. My lady was in an accident with a taxi and required X-rays to be conducted. The doctor provided us with consultation and referred us to a place where we could do X-rays. We were also not charged for the consultation until we were advised of the results from the X-rays. Great service by supporting staff and the doctor. It made the bad situation so much bearable. Now I always go there.

This place has now became a RIP OFF....from the time the pharmacy was introduced things are never the same when visiting a doctor. I recently visited the doctor because my son was coughing blood, we were treated in the outside tent because of Covid-19 and doctors didn't know what could be wrong. Below shows how much we were charged on both occasions. what puzzles me the most is to be charged so much for a second visit of the same illness. I was so not impressed. It was so much better when the doctor was giving out medication now this thing of going to the pharmacy just because you have medical aid is so not on for a GP not a specialist. Love the centre .so pleased with the type of service Dr Husein gives she's truly a wonderful women. I also missed Dr Moodly he was such a breath of fresh air making you feel at ease. But I always refuse to see Dr Pala or Parak the old Dr who is attending when Dr Ramlachan is not there. He's horrible and often refuses to give out antibiotics especially when my 4yr old son had flu. Kept saying he's young he doesn't need antibiotics and gave my 74yr old mother pain meds and flutex .I absolutely refuse to see him when I visit the centre. Dr Hussein your a star

I just love that it is close to home and that it has a dispensary. It is always a challenge as a single mother of 3 to have to go looking for a doctor and again a pharmacy but I know that I can always count on this centre when myself or my kids are ill.

Not worth the 1 star. All staff are so rude and unhelpful. You would expect the compassion from people but not the staff here. We had the unpleasant experience of almost getting vaccinated here. Yash was so rude and took of with us for not coming in during the appointment time after I called in the week and confirmed that we wouldn't come during the appointment time and it would be a day later. Once we got there he was so rude and said that we can't just come here and do our own things and that we should go home . Nobody should ever get turned down for the vaccine like this. Unacceptable staff and standards guys. Buck up, or seriously close down !

Visited today for the Covid vaccine and security told me that I cannot park on the premises if I'm there for the vaccine..I should park outside on Inanda Rd...I subsequently left.Guess they will not see me there again ever...
