Although staff are friendly -- it seems dealing via HQ is painful and after several days (required a contract number) -- no joy. Seems I will take my business to the competition.

Very unprofessional and nonchalant about providing a service. They have no interest in serving client and it often feels like you're interrupting them. No communication or follow through. Rather opt for online where possible or use another service provider.

Went to the store 3 times already in the past week. A simple simswap cannot be fixed! 3 Lunch breaks wasted and the excuse? We are busy, that is not an excuse in client service!!!!

Went there for assistance, guy asked someone about my issue and she said I should go fetch my router along with my sim card. I went home and came back only to be told I should call the customer care cause there's nothing they can do for me. What a joke.So I basically went home to fetch things they won't even try to have a look at. Maybe you will get help though. The most useless and time wasting trip I've taken to a store. I regret taking a contract with this company. It's been 2 months I'm paying for data I can't use...

I always have the same unfriendly treatment. They have a attitude. They, never able, or trying to help me. The last few times I tried to do a port. They could not even get that done(after more than a year Im still waiting for the port to finalize), and they allways protecting one another. Instead of helping, they act like they own the place.I belive the stuff of MTN York street is pragerges.
