What an amazing experience we had (well...my girlfriend had). The staff is so warm, receptive, and finely attuned to your care from the moment you make a booking to service delivery. They treated us like royalty... Complimentary wines, WiFi, cozy setup. This place is great. Totally got my money's worth.

Nails turned out great but the service wasnt. The nail technician nicked a chunk of skin that caused my finger to swell and scab. She was very nonchalant about it too.

We went in to buy a facial cream. Nobody at reception so the lady who was filing a client got up to help. She didn't put the nail file down and it remained in her hand while taking the facial cream from my girlfriend. The nail file and cream exchanged in her hands while she was dealing with us with nail dust dropping off the file at all times even onto the reception / till area. She didn't wash her hands or nothing before this. We didn't buy the cream, we left feeling pretty disgusted at the unhygenic practices. This was at blue route mall. Happened 3 Dec just before 14:00.

The nail techs were very professional and very thorough. Very happy with the end result and their flexibility in the situation.Shout out to the lovely front desk lady who was courteous and attentive throughout the time I was there.All social distancing and sanitizing protocols were followed during the visit.The prices are very pricy however so plan ahead for that.

Lovely staff and quality service.My nails last and Im alwsys able to get an appointment even at the ladt minute. I always get offered something to drink.
