Accommodation is spacious and clean with everything that you need- even a gas braaier on the patio which was ideal even when it rained we could braai - best feature is the beach is just 30 meters walk away - no need to drive .We also took our 2 jack Russels with and they loved it.Gardens are well maintained and complex swimming pool was ideal after a hot day at the beach.

Very dirty,old and run down, rusty and inadequate security. Definately not the value of the money you pay. Very bad and rude management. Deeply disappointed. Pictures on website total mis-representation of actual state of complex!!

Very untidy,enter through garage,walk up stairs to get to kitchen/lounge/dining,then walk up another flight of stairs to get to bedrooms,pool very dirty,not good place to take kids along,if you are loud,noisy and inconsiderate then it's good as they do accommodate that behaviour,checked in at 9pm,checked out the very next morning,

No 24 hour security, some of the utensils were rusty. Property isn't well maintained, the pool was green in colour and could not be used. Most dissapointing part was that the entire place was cleaned by us, even utensils were washed and put away, no damage was done and we still up till now have not received the damage deposit even though we've sent numerous emails to the property. Communication is is very poor!. I will not be visiting this place again!

Stayed with my friends in August 2019. It's been months since and the damage deposit fee that they required before arrival has not been paid back to us. They ignoring all forms of communication from us now.

We have loved very minute we have been hear. Johan has done everything possible to ensure our stay has been amazing. An absolute gem and will definitely be coming back. Access right to the beach what more can anyone ask for.

Ramsgate Beach Club is a DUMP!!!!We were so shocked by the condition of the Unit at Ramsgate Beach Club, that we did not even unpack. There is damp rising on the walls, the unit was dirty, buttons had popped off the furniture, the stove was rusted and old, and both the interior and the exterior left much to be desired.We called the Agent Zina who said that she was sure a refund would not be a problem. After driving 8 hours to get there, we found alternative accommodation. After paying and checking into our new accommodation elsewhere, then Zina changed her tune and said that the Owner said they unfortunately would not be able to refund us our money paid.They market the Units as 3 bedroomed, but there are in fact 2 bedrooms upstairs and the 3rd bedroom is actually totally separate from the main unit. You enter through the garage, down stairs into a basement - which has been converted into a dingy 3rd bedroom.Absolutely awful!!!

Good afternoon we will like to pass our bad service we have received. We had checked in on the 1 October 2018 and checked out on 5 October 2018,but till to date we have not received out R 1000 security deposit. We sent e-mails and called in but every-time we are given stories. we will not recommend the place to any-one.
