The new renovations are absolutely beautiful, the setting is really cool. The major problem I have with this outlet is the service, granted KFC, regardless of which outlet it is, the service always sucks, and this one is no different. This past weekend, there was only one person at the till point and one person handing out orders. Thankfully the staff is friendly.

It was neat. The service was highly satisfying. Employees were friendly. I ordered 8 dunked wings they were super good. Everyone was welcomed and satisfied.

I was at KFC bus rank yesterday 20/07/18 i waited for so long just for wings maybe 8 or 10 people that were behind me received their order en left..i did not get a receipt maybe to see my order number i felt like a headless chicken...i will never go back to that kfc again never i will rather go to the crescent one.
