Why do you need my ID number for me to make a cash purchase?

Yesterdat I went to buy a wedding ring set on behalf of my son. They didn't have it in stock. One of the employees drove to Eastgate mall to fetch it for me. The called me when it arrived. EXCELLENT service.

I can't even complain about service because there isn't any. No one wants to help you, information is incorrect and continues to change, vital information is left out and not shared with the client. You have to call about 10 times for them to answer when they do they don't even want to help you. I've never seen such bad service in my life, i will never shop at American swiss kolonnade again.

Had a great experience. Grace was of stunning help. Got the best service ever from Grace. 5 star service from Grace. Really got royal service there.

I am so upset with this shop, 1st my husband bought me a ring and not to happy, I wanted to exchange but they wouldnt assist, i did not wear it because it was to big, after that they charge me to make the ring smaller, second I must wait 5 days for it, I phoned them and ask not to send it away that Deonne Leroux will sort my ring, only to get there and my ring was already sent away.This is poor, I want a refund and the ring will be bought somewhere else

Went there today to get a fathers day gift and showed the lady a clear picture of a mens watch and she just says they out of stock and give me another one that's more expensive. I later realised I was given a womans watch. I come back to return it and the 3 lady's completely yelled at me and looked at me with such disrespect and were just so rude. They told me it was a man's watch and I was wrong while making rude looks at me. Well what a surprise when they check the system.... it proved I was right and it was a women watch and they smiles disappeared from their faces. Couldn't even look me in the eye after that. Got my money back and took myself to sterns. Definitely not going back there again lol. I believe they treated me badly because I'm a teenager and had no adult with me.

They were out of stock of a ring that I wanted for my wife. The sakeslady went out of her way to find it for me and called me to say she had it in store and was holding it for me. That is great service.

Some of THE worst assistance I've ever had. Very, very rude and unhelpful staff that does not know anything about the products they are supposed to sell. Also very little variety of jewelry.

No customer service don't greet the customers and are very unprofesional

Rude staff, poor service, they think you owe them something when you walk into the store... Rather support a private jeweler, the tfg jewelers are probably all the same.
