Marshall Music Pretoria may not be the biggest shop in the Marshall chain, but by no means does that influence the prices and service in any negative way.In fact, Werner Bosman, one of the salesman there, has always gone out of his way to get me the gear and instruments that I need at the best possible prices.When I need something, or I have an idea, I know I can contact Werner and he will make sure that I am happy. If you want the best, there is no better place in Pretoria to go. Werner will sort you out.

I recently purchased some new equipment for my studio that Werner from Marshall absolutely saved the day on for me. The best advice and effortless service I have had in a long time. It really helps when guys are passionate and really know what they talking about. Rock Star service!

Pretty disappointed with my experience at this store.Called in to find out if they stock concert and baritone ukuleles and which brands they stock and unfortunately spoke with a very rude person at the store. The staff member proceeded to list the brands they stock and I had asked if they stock a particular brand (Fender) that I’ve been looking for he then replies “we stock two of the biggest names in the ukulele industry why would we stock anything else” then proceeds to tell me if I want a cheaper ukulele they have stock. Just an FYI Fender is not a cheap ukulele. Absolutely offended at the fact that the staff member assumed because I’m asking questions that I was on a budget and looking for a cheap ukulele. Please learn customer skills when a customer is just asking questions.

Extremely rude salesperson identifying himself as the manager of the shop. Will not be seeing us again.
