I stopped here on Friday 2 June 2023 at 5pm to fill up on my way to PE.On arrival I had seen some of the petrol pumps were closed off with cones but not the one where I stopped. I could only see 2 petrol attendant busy on the other side of the forecourt and waited patiently for someone to come and help me. After almost 15 minutes I still wasn't helped but cars that stopped after me were helped. I then went into the store looking for a manager but was then told that there was no manager on duty! The cashier then offered to come and help me, but when she saw where I was parked, I was told that the pump where I was standing was closed and therefore I would not get service. Neither of the two petrol attendants bothered to come and inform me that they could not serve me there.Clearly the owner/manager of this petrol station has no idea what is going on in his business. I also find it strange that a petrol station on the N2 closes half of their pumps after work on the first Friday of the month and only has 2 petrol attendants on duty.In the future I would rather stop at the Engen at The Craggs where all pumps are open and you receive good friendly service.

Always a refreshing stop, from the mugg&bean with a nice selection of vegetarian/vegan selections , steers and the biltong place, you could get everything you need with one stop and carry on with your journey, the one thing they could work on is the toilets, it's just bad.

Very friendly attends. Served us quickly and cleaned the windshield without even asking. Very efficient service.

As you stop the staff is ready to welcome you. MUG AND BEAN COFFEE WAS GOOD.The filling stations shop is well stock with ice cold drinks.The bathrooms were cleane .Nice place to stretch your legs

Good day. I travel to Port Elizabeth from Knysna quite regularly and ALWAYS stop at the Petroport for a break to have a toilet break, stretch our legs and have coffee and something to eat. We love the shop, Mugg & Bean and the service at the petrol station itself but the toilets are shocking. For such a busy stop, with many tourists, I would have thought that the rest rooms would have been fixed up and been modernised. They are really not nice.

Perfect stop while traveling! Great views and great place to get snacks and a bite.

We usually stop to get something to eat before we hit the road. The scenery of the bridge is breathtaking. We also saw a few birds. We could sit on the porch and eat as they were busy renovating.

Nice and clean with awesome views! Definitely considder to add this stop to your road trip. The view of the bridge is breathtaking and very insightful. I enjoyed our visit here.

Some rude old white man with grey hair, wearing a Total uniform holding tools chased me out of a shop as I had my 2 small dogs on a leash.Told him I just wanted to order and then I’ll wait outside. That wasn’t good enough for his attitude.Being treated like this, I left and will never stop here again.
