Beautifully packaged, great service but the products make my skin worse. Apparently it can take up to a year to see an improvement. But I can’t keep purchasing a product that leaves me covered in breakouts.

I finally received my Black Friday order today... it has taken a month to get to me. I was sent back and forth from courier to courier and customer service trying to locate my parcel which had vanished and I could not track anywhere. An apology was given with the assurance that the order will be sent soon. I did recieve an offer of 15% discount on my next order" from the CEO before she left for the Maldives

Some of The Standard’s products are off. They smell like fish oil and it that is not okay. When I questioned it with them they got very defensive, until a point where they agreed to collect the rancid products and send them for testing. When I asked them when they would collect, they went ghostly quiet. There are much better locally made products on the market, and better customer service.
