The service advisor Brendon is ignoring my daughter's emails after her car came back damaged from service. She noticed the window operator as broken which was perfectly fine when she dropped the car for service. Her emails to Brendon are ignored and they only acknowledged that they saw it was broken when the car was at the wash bay.

Poor service, issues never get sorted, rude and non responsive staff. Act like they doing you a favour help you, once you bought a car from them.Hopefully this review will get a reply from a manager, and i might reconsider my position!

Unsatisfactory Service: Failure to Fix Issue and Caused Further Damage.I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by the Ford workshop Motus in Cape Town, Paarden Eiland. I recently brought my car to their facility due to a starting issue, which required warming up for at least 5 minutes before it could be driven properly, as it would misfire, shake, and potentially shut off.Upon inspection, their team immediately attributed the problem to a faulty battery, despite the fact that I had purchased a new battery just one day prior. I informed them that the battery was not the issue, but they insisted on replacing it and performing minor services. I collected my car and returned to work, only to encounter a worsening situation later that evening.When I attempted to start the car and drive home after 6 p.m., it misfired and shut off repeatedly. I had no choice but to wait for the car to warm up for approximately 10 minutes before I could proceed. Considering their workshop's certification as a Ford expert, I trusted their expertise and paid nearly R7000 for services and a new battery. However, I was astounded to find that not only did their team fail to rectify the initial problem, but they also managed to break my wiper motor in the process. To add insult to injury, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional R8000 to address the damage caused by their mistake, which is both unreasonable and unacceptable. Furthermore, the initial problem still remains unresolved, necessitating an additional R2000 expenditure.I have already spent close to R7000 on services and the replacement of my recent battery, which their workshop claimed was faulty and responsible for the delayed warm-up period. It is clear that the initial diagnosis was incorrect, as the problem persists.Given the difficult economic circumstances we currently face, it is even more crucial for service providers to uphold their responsibilities and deliver satisfactory outcomes to their customers. :(

I've dealt with a few Ford dealers over the years and I must commend Brenan Kwonglee (Service Advisor) for his fantastic service. Communicative throughout, professional and efficient. Facility is also easy to locate with sufficient parking. Will most definitely be returning.
