2 Lemon" cars in 1 month. The first purchase was sent to a fitment to check out to be told that the car was in an accident and missing parts. Information failed to be disclosed ny this dealer. The car was replaced with a similar car and 4 months later the car broke. The motor warranty insurance will not cover and dealer refused to comply with CPA act. The owner of this dealer have not once provided a courtesy call. The salesman is incompetent and turned out to be extremely rude. We now have a bill of R40 000 to fix the 4 month old car. I have exhausted all my tow truck for this car in 3 weeks and now exhausting my legal aid and logged a complaint with the CPA act. RMI will not assist as this company is not RMI approved and out of there jurisdiction. Had I known what i know now

Charles assisted me with my vehicle purchase and was very helpful till the end. During handover they found that brake lights were faulty, it was attended to at their expense even though it took a while, he kept in touch with me during that time as it was an issue related to the BCU and a complimentary courtesy car was offered during this time but I did not feel the need to take it.

saw the car on gumtree so being in Plettenberg Bay I made the call, sent the required details and got the finance approved.I was told all is good but needed to sign the deal on site. Booked the ticket and confirmed that I would be collected from the airport.Next morning I got a phone call from Ettiene to say the car was sold for cash. sorry sir but first come first served.Needless to say I was very dissatisfied and lost R 800 on my ticket cancellation.Terrible service. Avoid them

Called this company as i was interested in a vehicle. When i spoke to a sales agent Eugene and heard some responses to my query like the bank will give me a warranty on the vehicle. I bought many cars and this response was a redflag immediately when he still wanted to argue with me about this.

Wonderful service from the salesman and owner himself involved. They don't try to make a sale, but rather are prepared to give advice, and discuss various options. Will recommend them any time

I bought a car from Cape Autotraders advertised with FULL SERVICE HISTORY and the car was missing 2 consecutive services before the last one. They offered to service the car for me, they had already broken the trust. The owner is a bully. I would advise going to a reputable dealer and avoid this one at all costs.

I bought a Toyota for almost R20k less than normal retail and it was the biggest mistake. First the clutch went in the first few days then I found out the car was in a major accident and they would not help me. Selling accident damaged cars and that why people get all these problems. I asked him about the bad reviews on Google and HelloPeter and his response was that he does not even know these people. The warning signs were there but the deal looked good. Stupid young and desperate for a good deal.

The cars they offer are not bad. However the service, or lack thereof, could improve. You as the potential customer have to do the talking and convince yourself to buy certain car, they stand and watch and listen to you. Until you say you want to buy, then they start working.

Quick to make a deal but when things don't work on the car they give you the run around and don't want to take responsibility as car had same issues since day 1 I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this establishment rather go to a reputable dealership as you will never be able to get them to rectify there mistakes and would cost out of your pocket
